Bryce has over 20 years of experience in Project Marketing across South East Queensland, 10 of these at the helm of YPM Group. Back in 2014 with 14 years of real estate experience under his belt, Bryce spotted an opportunity to do things a little differently to other agencies.

A big believer in ‘if you’re going to do something, do it well’, he built the YPM brand around always giving 100%, a philosophy which filters down through the company and team.

During this time he has managed over $5.4 billion in new development sales, including two of Queensland’s fastest selling projects: Queen’s Wharf Residences & Queen’s Wharf Tower. His solution-orientated attitude has seen Bryce work with South East Queensland’s most renowned developers, including Mirvac, Far East Consortium, Gurner and Anthony John Group – formulating and implementing strategic planning for project releases and delivering successful sales outcomes.
